Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimise advertising campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Manage traditional advertising efforts such as print, TV, radio, and outdoor media if applicable.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Conduct A/B testing to optimise ad copy, creatives, and targeting.
Budget Management:
Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximise ROI.
Monitor and analyse spend across channels to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Provide financial reports and recommendations for optimising ad spend.
Performance Tracking & Optimisation:
Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Implement data-driven strategies to optimise campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies.
Identify opportunities for new advertising channels and emerging trends.
Benchmark performance against competitors to refine advertising approaches.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:
Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align advertising efforts with business goals.
Present campaign results and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Liaise with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign execution and effectiveness.
Compliance & Brand Consistency:
Ensure all advertising efforts comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain brand consistency across all campaigns and channels.
Stay updated on platform policies and advertising guidelines to prevent violations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Advertising Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
Experience in traditional media buying (TV, radio, print, outdoor) is a plus.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies to complement advertising efforts.
