2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners of Omni Talents. It covers all operations and relationships, including the recruitment and placement of Sri Lankan staff for international businesses.
3. Our Commitment
Omni Talents will:
- Operate a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, and forced labour.
- Ensure all employees work voluntarily and under fair conditions.
- Conduct due diligence on recruitment practices to prevent exploitation.

4. Recruitment and Employment Practices
- All recruitment will be fair, transparent, and free from coercion. No worker will be charged recruitment fees or be placed under debt bondage.
- Staff will be provided with a written employment contract in their native language before commencing work.
- No worker will be required to surrender their passport, ID, or work permit to secure employment.
- Right to Work checks will be conducted to prevent illegal employment practices.
- No worker will be subject to forced overtime, withholding of wages, or exploitative working conditions.
5. Due Diligence in Supply Chains
Omni Talents will assess suppliers, clients, and business partners to ensure they comply with anti-slavery laws. Our due diligence process includes:
- Risk assessments of suppliers and clients to identify potential modern slavery risks.
- Conducting audits, background checks, and compliance reviews before engaging in business relationships.
- Ensuring that third-party agencies used in recruitment adhere to ethical employment standards.
6. Training and Awareness
- All staff, including recruitment teams, will receive modern slavery awareness training.
- Employees will be educated on how to identify and report concerns regarding forced labour and exploitation.
- Clients and partners will be informed about our anti-slavery commitments and encouraged to uphold similar standards.
7. Whistleblowing and Reporting
Omni Talents encourages the reporting of any suspected modern slavery concerns through:
- A confidential whistleblowing policy, allowing employees to report concerns without fear of retaliation.
- Dedicated reporting channels, including an anonymous email and hotline.
- Immediate investigation of all reports, with appropriate action taken against offenders.
8. Compliance and Monitoring
