Tasks:

Lead Identification & Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as online research, social media, networking events, and databases.
- Utilise CRM systems to manage and track leads effectively.
- Develop targeted lists based on ideal customer profiles.
Cold Outreach & Engagement:
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage with potential customers.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and assessing their fit for our products/services.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
Lead Qualification:
- Perform initial needs assessment and gather relevant information to hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads to convert them into qualified prospects.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handover of leads.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
- Prepare and present reports on lead generation performance and pipeline development

Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong research skills with the ability to analyse market trends and customer needs.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
