 At Omni Talent, we leverage our candidate sourcing tools and our extensive database to find the perfect candidates for you. We screen all applicants for your position, assessing their suitability through their CVs, job history, and customised screening questions created by our hiring managers, tailored to your criteria.

Soft Skill Compatibility

In the initial interview with one of our hiring managers, we focus on evaluating the candidate’s soft skills. This includes an English proficiency assessment, a personality and cultural fit evaluation, and a review of job suitability based on responsibilities, work patterns, schedules, and holiday preferences.

Technical Skill Assessments

In the second interview, we customise the assessment to align with your specific role requirements, scoring the candidate’s technical skills and performance to evaluate their academic and professional competency for the position.

In the third interview conducted by Omni Talent, we emulate a real-work sample they’d complete as an assignment within their job and day-to-day role. You’ll know what to expect before they even start.
